75 year old gentleman, already done amputation of Right Big Toe. Infection not resolving, was advised to do below knee amputation.

Foot Callus

This patient visited Dr Abeejit Singh to seek treatment for a wound on her foot, after 7 days of treatment, her wound is healed. With a combination of several wound treatment techniques, dressing and medication, the outcome was satisfactory.

Wound was dressed for a week and patient discharged at day -10.

Amputation prevention

74 years old man developed gangrene over his right 4th toe.
Was told he needed amputation while seeking treatment at hospital.

After few sessions of dressing and also course of antibiotics,
his toe was salvaged.

Patient discharged. Very happy with outcome.

Burn Injury

56 year old lady spilled hot boiling tea onto her left hand.
Painful blisters developed over the next few days.

Treatment was given at Klinik Abby. Blisters were removed and appropriate dressing applied. Above is the result when patient came back for her second visit at Day 5 after injury.

Diabetic foot ulcer with exposed tendon

49 year old gentleman with a diabetic foot ulcer over his left great toe.
Wound was infected and also with tendon exposed. Tried many dressing options but none seemed to work for him.

After few sessions of dressing, infection was resolved and
granulation tissue started covering his tendon. He was
able to get a speedy recovery and was able to get back to work.
